For the last few years, we’ve been producing a bi-annual printed magazine exploring the same topics as we do here: ecology, community, solidarity, monastic traditions —looking for maps towards a more meaningful life.
Our brand new — and possibly final1 — issue, No.15, is out now, and you can pick up one of the beautiful printed copies from our store. As always, we worked with Jump DP, a certified B Corp printers who are committed to making every part of the printing process as sustainable as possible (and lovely folks to boot).
For the first time, we’ve also made this issue and all back-issues available as a digital PDF for half the cost. You might also spot a handful of the previous issues hanging around in our store: we’re down to the final 5 or so in most cases. So, if you’d like to keep hold of a lovingly crafted and unique bit of Passio history, get one now 😉

In Passio 15 (‘The Life Ecstatic’):
Piecing it Together
A conversation about peace, prayer, war, and culture with Rev Nadim Nassar from the Awareness Foundation. AF's flagship programmes—Ambassadors for Peace, and Little Heroes—aim to teach skills, and give tools, to children in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon.
Parts Unknown
David Blower interviews Dr. Marianne Rozario from Theos Think Tank, about their research into views on death, dying and the afterlife in modern Britain. What do people really believe? What is a 'good' death? And has faith lost its voice?
Listening When it Counts
Sharing the experiences of a number of Christians who have taken high-risk decisions—facing jail time, and putting safety, security and livelihoods on the line—in order to live up to what they believe the Spirit of God is saying. What does that dynamic heart feel like, when it counts?
Plus:
— In the Belly of the Fish: a personal reflection on a near-death, coma experience
— Seeds of Wisdom: what plants have to teach us about the economy of gifts
— Sister to Sister: three authors on mystics and contemplatives write about the women whose lives inspire them

However, watch this space — print is not dead, and we have other print publication ideas that we hope to bring to fruition. Onwards!!
